Jesse Klein MSW, APSW

Jesse is an Advanced Practice Social Worker in Wisconsin and a Licensed Social Worker in Illinois and Iowa. Jesse provides therapy services to adults in the Tri-state area.

Jesse is an experienced addiction counselor. She also has an established history of NCAA Division One athletics mental toughness training. Jesse has experience working with those struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, addiction issues and more.

Jesse’s therapy style is client centered. She believes her role in the therapeutic process is that of a helper – tailoring her approach to meet each client’s needs. Jesse believes that each client deserves a space to feel seen and heard, where they can identify and explore unhelpful patterns in their life in order to establish new, helpful ways of coping and being. The goal is to achieve balance, peace, satisfaction, and an optimal life experience.

Jesse’s therapy practice is rooted in Humanistic theory. She believes each client is the expert of their experience and she is honored to be a part of their journey. As a social worker, she takes into account the “big picture,” or environmental factors that influence the lives of all of us.

Jesse specializes in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques.
