Lauren Longhenry MSW, APSW

Lauren Longhenry is an Advanced Practice Social Worker (APSW) in the state of Wisconsin. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa.  Lauren is passionate about helping individuals of all ages find healing, resilience, and growth through therapy.

Lauren's therapeutic approach is client-centered and strengths-based. She believes that every individual holds the capacity for change, and she works collaboratively with the client to navigate life’s challenges, clarify goals, and build on the strengths already possessed. Above all, Lauren feels therapy should be a safe, supportive space where the client feels heard, respected, and empowered.

Lauren provides therapy to children, adolescents, and adults navigating a range of challenges, including:

In addition to outpatient therapy, she also offers school-based therapy services, providing convenient, on-site support for students during the school day. This model allows children and teens to receive the care they need without requiring parents or caregivers to miss work or rearrange their schedules—making mental health care more accessible for busy families.
